American Laser Centers speak highly of having the "most comprehensive guarantee in the industry". However it is very misleading. It is not a "money-back" guarantee. After 5 years and $1000.00 worth of treatment, with minimal to no results, and several occasions where I have expressed the lack of effectiveness of the treatments to the clinic manager, corporate has informed me that there never was a guarantee of receiving any type of refund.
