I am writing this message to file a public complaint against Royal Holiday. This horrible experience started when I received an invitation to attend a "free breakfast", at Royal Holiday. I purchased a membership after I sat through over 3 hours of pushing deceitful and misrepresented sales, when they said it won't take more than 90 minutes.
