I looked at my bank account and there was a $19.80 fee pulled frommy account on 6/19/09, and also one from last month in May for $19.80 I did not give permission for either withdraw, i do not want your services, I have called you guys to cancel whatever account you guys have for me, and this has not been done, I'm still seeing charges on my account that I have not ok'd. I will be reporting this to the BBB, I hope you cancel whatever account is with you guys and refund my money to my account, I'm not happy at all about this. read full review »
