I too have dealt with this company. I was burnt so many times that my skin would just fall off. After several treatments I was told that this procedure doesn’t work on dark skin people, it tends to burn them. Their treatment has left me scared for life. I asked them for a full refund plus the cost of repairing their damage, but ALC did not meet my refund needs. I too was given the run a round for many years.
