After making a call to get information about an auto warranty they were supposed to hold off charging my credit card until I called them with the correct mileage. They went ahead and charged my credit card without my knowledge. There was supposed to be a 30 day period where you could cancel. If took me 6 phone calls and over 3 hours of waiting until I got to the person who was supposed to do the cancellation.
