Direct TV is the worst satellite service I have ever experienced. Since it's crappy installation, we've have nothing but trouble...From the pooorly trained contractor installers who don't care to a signal that goes out constantly, and erratically. There is no way to predict if you'll even be able to watch a program all the way through. Finally. after months of frustratioon and hours of calls to customer service, we have an appt. with repair "at no cost", supposedly. Live and Learn, and next time I'll get some other satellite service, one that won't steal from me and other customers. read full review »
