I had a pair of paints on hold - an employee from the GAP Glendale Galleria, CA called the GAP store in Valencia, CA and spoke with Paul...When I went to pickup the pair of paints they are stating that they did not call and Paul states no one spoke to him...The Manager Lina was very rude no Customer Service at all no appologies...There were 2 other sales reps.
