I said I would Update you on this matter! Magic jack is true to there word! After 8 Months of no phone! they sent me a new unit It works great not like the first one! the first one there was alot of cutting in and out. The other party didn't understand what I was saying. My true feelings are there was something wrong with my first magic Jack. after it went out Yes I did have alot of trouble with techs from Magic Jack.
