I have been a customer of Direct TV for 5 years. In those 5 years, I was happy with Direct TV's service. However, at the beginning of this year, I ordered HBO. The rep. told me that HBO came with Cinemax in a package. I told her I did not like nor want Cinemax. She told me that it was free, I insisted I did NOT want it. Three months later, I called and cancelled HBO. I had forgotten about Cinemax because I didn't know I had it.
