Telemaketing offered me the bundle service with phone + FIOS internet service for 59.99/month. I accepted the deal on january 2009. I 've been charging for separated bills around 200 dollars / month since then february. I called customer service to correct this issue many times. They always promise me with an OK for the next bill but nothing 've been done. Sometimes they asked me to wait for the next bill's amount to pay and ended up with a disconnection and a fee to reconnect the service.
