American Laser Center in Austin, TX is the worst experience of mine. First of all, 1.5 year of treatments seems not to be working at all. The hair is still there. Whenever I would express my cocnerns about the effectivness of the treatments, I was always told to give it some time. However, my patience has been running out as there are no effects. All of this time I was told to shave at least 24hours before the treatment but once I started expressing my concern, suddenly they told me that I should not be shaving. Hello!?
