In examining my bank statements found three unauthorized purchases in the amounts of $19.95 & 29.95 made on 12/3/08 and an amount for $1.00 on 11/28/08. We have no idea what these charges are and how they were able to retrieve information to purchase. Need these charges refunded immediately to our account.
