We wanted the dish attached to the roof, but installer refused and put it off the back of the house. Lo and behold, the leaves on the trees appeared, and our signal disappeared. FOR OVER SEVEN WEEKS. I called when the May bill came, after playing games, I was told I would be given a $50.00 credit towards the $70.00+ statement. The next statement came. I was only given a credit of $44.95.
