I requested a reverse phone number lookup and paid $0.99 and they automatically signed me up for ID Protect service. HOWEVER, I cancelled it 5 days later (within the trial period) but they still charged my card $19.95. I called their "Help" numbers but it said, they are "temporarily unable to answer any calls"!!! THis is so frustrating...Can anything be done to stop them from continuing this scam???? read full review »
