They promise things they can't or won't deliver and when they get your money they hide behind their no refund policy and refuse to answer e-mails. I first paid $10 for a report that was totally useless because the information I needed was quite old and I told them this from the start. Like an idiot I let them talk me into doing a 50 year "county wide search" costing $237. They were supposed to send a trained PI to manually search microfiche records.
