ESBI billing is a scam, but when it's not paid VERIZON attaches late charges every month. Even though I have called them 3x over the past months, spending a total of well over an hour on hold, they continue to add late charges for this disputed billing. Verizon is as guilty as ESBI because they are trying to make it so damn inconvenient to not pay ESBI that I will give up. read full review »
