I have worked for Ups for 18 months and witnessed managements treatment of hourly employees go from bad to worse. It is as if managers are trained to make things as difficult for their charges as possible and somehow(In their mind) enhancing their authority. Of course, any promotion brings change but, positive here it is not. There is no limit to the amount of insults and degradation that occurs on a daily basis and has been going on for quite sometime.
