I have had the unfortunate experience of working with Direct TV. They DO not inform you of all of the fees, DO NOT discuss that you are in a two year contract, and only refer you to their written contract and then when you think you signed up for high definition and they come back and install HD-they start your two year contract all over again! And if you break the contract, they charge you $480.00!!! THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU AT ALL - DO NOT GO TO DIRECT TV !
