1. Called Verizon about a month and a half ago to inquire about a new phone number since I was moving. They said they would call back when it was a month away from my move - THEY NEVER CALLED BACK 2. Set up new phone installation for Monday, July 13 - after 7 phone calls (4 of which hung up on me during transfer) and losing a day of work - THEY NEVER SHOWED UP - because they were calling my old phone number - WHERE I DON'T LIVE ANYMORE. 3.
