The crooks at Lorimer have had my money since June 6, 2009! I call every week and talk mainly to Howard. I started calling them June 24 and for over a month I was continually told that my GPS had been shipped. Finally, starting late July, Howard, Frank and Fred continually told me that a refund was being mailed. As of today, September 1, 2009, I have no check and no GPS. I have filed a complaint filed with the BBB, but have heard nothing from them. AVIOD THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE OR A ISSUE YOU A REFUND! read full review »

I wish I had found this complaint board before ordering from Lorimer!! I truely believe they are scam artists!! I made an online purchase from them June 1, 2009. My credit card was charged June 6, 2009 and as of today (July 14, 2009), the merchandise hasn't arrived. I have called many, many times and have gotten the runaround from more than one person. Each time I was assured that the merchandise had been shipped. On July 8, 2009, I called and requested that the order be canceled and was told it would be.
