Why can't you cancel your order after two days of using salesforce and you don't like it? I used the product for two days and am very dissatisfied with the Professional version of the product. I would have preferred to try the product for a few days first. Especially since I am already a group edition user. Salesforce has a once you order it policy your screwed. I have called and emailed my Account rep, Wymen Ho several times over the last week. He says that I am legally bound by my agreement. Give me a break, I used it for two... read full review »
