On July 14, 2009 I purchased some items for my grandson's birthday that included a $50 gift card. When I got home and ready to wrap the gifts and the gift card, the gift card was not in the bag with the birthday card. I immediately returned to the store to get the missing card. I talked with several store personnel and a manager. The manager basically told me he had reviewed the video and that the card had been in the bag.
