Well for starters, there is not much bandwith there to begine with... Hughes net has way over sold there services and are charging double what DSL and cable providers are charging, It's a Total Rip Off! I'm only certain they can speed up or slow you down as they will surly shut you down for 24 hrs if you exceed there "FAIR ACCESS POLICY" what a RIP OFF! Is it not False Addvertisment?
