MAtrix Laser Technologies as an agent of Medpro, more specifically Bob Martin and Karen Hawk said that they would repair our laser hair removal handpiece and instead, stopped returning our phone calls and emails, charged our credit card for $7, 500 and after 6 six weks, sent us a "repaired" laser hand piece that did not work.
