We have been unable to remove internet libel & slander published by this website. When there are no material witnesses and/or evidences these groups & organizations should be required to remove trash from the internet. We feel that damages should be paid from everyday this website has had this on the internet. The case is closed and there is no convictions; there is no material evidence. The person responsible for putting this on the internet is warned of intent to sue for damages if it is not removed permanently.

Florida guardian ad litem program
We were very unhappy with these people and our children have been very unhappy with them. Unlicensed people trying to perform the job of attorneys, David Farrah or Davis Farrah (HE IS NOT AN ATTORNEY, was a school principal somewhere in N.Y.) (He had a different name at end of his deposition which he did not sign and apparently he did not produce ID either; they just said they know him.) Then we found out he has no children of his own anyway and no experience as a guardian ad litem. This was his first case. They don't investigate anything... read full review »

They sent an incompetent politician named M. IRBY to our house in Gretna with a case plan for a 17 year old boy with drug & alcohol promblems. Our son was 9!!! The case plan was for some kind of WACKED OUT IN-HOME THERAPY for our son, SLS. Mr. Irby insisted that I sign his fraudulent case plan even though he knew he brought the WRONG CHILDS PAPERWORK!! We found this to be a very hostile work enviroment full of jealousy & greed. Unsavory cut throat work enviroment. Very nasty facilities located near a druggy homeless area. FCHR complaints were filed; general manager didn't show up at hearings. Had our tack cut & pins pulled from carrige shafts as well as Christmas decorations destroyed by other employees. Court appointed attorney for my husband. we were not happy with this attorney. Had husband sign papers he
doesn't remember signing due to medications. Then she left court room and he fell asleep. He had been mugged, beaten & robbed and had a broken foot. Although I told her he was in no condition to understand what he signed due to pain medications she stuck paper in front of him anyway and handed him a pen. Sound odd to you?

I was very unhappy with this attorneys legal representation in a child protection matter for which she was appointed to represent me. Then I found out she was ADVERTISING AS AN ADOPTION ATTORNEY TOO.
I feel it's a conflict of Interest when attorneys in dependency court work both sides of the fence. They can loose your case on purpose and turn around and adopt your child away. BEWARE! Then she also represented my husband in the same case... SOUND ODD TO YOU?
