I have left several messages at both the local center and at the 800 number. No one has returned a single phone call to me. I signed up for 2 areas to be treated. I received one treatment on ONE area and hated it. It hurt, it burned and made me break out. I explained this and asked for a refund of the area not treated. The 800 number told me that there are no refunds and that I could use the money to have a different procedure if I wanted!! Why would I want that?! Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
