I could write a book, but I'll keep it short. Basically, the owner no-showed on a scheduled in-home class. When I called to get a refund she told me that she would give a 50%refund if I mailed her back some VHS tapes she lent my wife to watch, which I did at my own expense. In a nut shell, she agreed to refund me $100 of my $200 payment if I shipped back the tapes, then went back on her word when she got them. Very pretentious woman who thinks she's doing the world a favor by charging people to teach them how to use products she sells. read full review »
