Having observed the quality of teaching and management for quite some time, the quality of teaching in the school is generally deplorable with glorified baby sitters who do little to install musical concepts and values(a few exceptions hopefully). They also treat teachers like assembly-line workers and are punished(penalized) for being ill by withholding large amoungs of money from their checks.
