They first take 88.00 for a anually fee a year. Then u go online print out a certificate, U mail in 10.00 for the processing fee, then u wait for something in the mail, [about two weeks] then send that off along with 50.00 they say u have to make a written request to get back AFTER your trip and they take 10.00 out of that.You wait for something in the mail again[about two weeks].
