I bought these machines in sept. by jan the teflon was peeling and bubbling. I subsequently threw them out and sent and email to GT Direct telling them what a shoddy product they are selling and requesting a replacement. They proceeded to send me and email back saying they would be happy to help me for a fee of 14.95 each unit (29.90) for something i've already spent 70 bucks on that turned out to be defective...
