i had paid my balance off on my chase credit card on march of 2009 and i have called ucb 3 times to get my zero balance letter, and everytime i call, they are willing to listen, they confirm my address with me, and tell me that they will mail but never do, i think that's very rude and disrespectful because when they need to get the money they arrass people but after that they don't want to provide any services. loubna saasaa [email protected] read full review »
