INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC took 19.95 from my banking account. I contacted them and found out they gave me a phone number search for 99 cents.. which was authorized but added a 19.95/month service. I told them I never authorized a monthly service and wanted my money back. they stated it was against policy to refund. I told them that was fine..that I was going to file a fraud complaint and he put me on hold to talk to his supervisor. He cam back and stated he would cancel my account and refund both months.
