I ordered the free trial and received a confirmation email that told me not to respond to that email but gave me a customer service number. I have never received the product and numerous attempts to contact them have proved that the whole thing is a scam. The calls that I have attempted to the customer service number doesn't even go through - all I get is a click like the call was disconnected. There is no other way to reach them.
