I received their 47" LCD TV within two weeks after the order was placed, the TV worked and looked good but they sent me a small speaker that didn't fit, 5" too short and there was no way to mount it. Here we go; I called and requested a speaker to fit and was told they had to find one and they would call me in 5 days, you guessed it they never called so I called on the following dates 5-28, 5-30, 6-3, 6-5, 6-12, and on 6-12 they said there third party parts vendor had one and I should receive it on no later than Tues 6-24... read full review »
