Paid for a shipment via UPS website. Month later got a demand for payment so I wrote to UPS explaining I had paid by Visa Debit on line and that I had checked the payment had been taken and gave them the date; no reply. Another month went by and I got a second letter saying UPS were going to sue me so I wrote again including print out from their own web site showing payment made together with a print out of my bank account showing payment to UBS; again no reply. This seems to be a company in shambles in the U.K. This was the first time my company had used UPS and is absolutely the last time. read full review »
