persons working any company generally retires on attaining the age of 60 years. but actually they retire 0 to 30 days after attainment of age of superannuation, depending upon their date of birth. whose birthday is 2nd august, he will work 30 days more. whose date of birth is 31st august, hewill not get anything extra. but if anybody's date of birth is 1st, then he has to retire on the last date of previous month i.e. before attainment of age of superannuation. this is injustice to a person having date of birth on 1st. read full review »
