I too have been charged $14.95 a month for the last 10 months. This is the second time this has happened. Last time they immediately refunded all the money when I called. This time (the phone number I called was 877-699-9619) I was told the same story most others here have been told, that I signed up for this service. When I said that I did and I didn't even know what it was I was suppose to be saving on, the one I was talking to got defensive and told me that I signed up for it there for I was responsible for the charges.
