BEST BUY - ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I used my rewards to purchase some items at Best Buy and returned the items the next day since I had purchased the wrong thing. I was told that I would get my rewards money back within 3 months in the mail. It has been almost 2 years and still has not received my $220 in rewards back. I've called the Rewards program office & have spoken to several of their agents including supervisors...I get the same story every time, that they will take care of it and will send the rewards back.
