Maytag works with a third party vendor A&E to repair their refrigerators - no such thing as the "maytag man". No this company doesn't tell you items have been recalled then try to charge you for the parts and then don't order parts to fix the problem and then don't show up for appointments thereby the consumer loses many days from work with a still defective product that they have no interest in repairing even though the ads mislead the public. I am VERY mad and will NEVER EVER buy a maytag product - I expected a lot more. My Refrigerator is still not fixed and I have no idea when it ever will be. read full review »
