Back in June, I signed up for Direct TV. The installer came out and did the installation. When he was doing this, I was watching my 3 kids (twins age 5 and 3 yr old). When he was finished, he showed me how to use the DVR remote and asked me to "sign this form saying that I installed the equipment and showed you how to work the remote".
