About 2 weeks prior, we had a problem with our dish. I was on the phone for 1 hour trying to schedule someone to come out to fix it. after being transferred 6 times, i finally got someone to come out. i waited all day the next day... no one showed up. now mind you i have a 11 month old and work. i had to wait all day, they only come out between 12-5 and cant gibe you an approximate time. so i called back. they said it had never been scheduled. finally the next day we had someone and i had to reaarange my whole day. now two weeks later, the... read full review »
