Purchased McAfee two yrs back for a 3 yr subscription. Problem started a yr after purchase itself. Almost daily it gives a popup msg that your account is not protected and fix the problem. When I open up McAfee to fix it, it says verify your subscription. This I have to do daily and is really annoying when am in middle of something important. Contacted the customer support twice (in gap of few months), but in vain. I could recognized that it was the same person whom I got online and that jerk was not able to help at all.
