I'm told by ColonCleanse that I didn't read Terms and Conditions that spell out my liability. Tried with new email and address and the second screen clearly stated that there was no obligation, could cancel anytime. The Terms are on 3rd screen after you submit your card info. I printed out the "satisfaction" certificate. Went to that screen 3x as proof. Was bullied by a company customer service rep. who patronizingly told me I was "confused" and refused to acknowledge the screen with the "no obligation guarantee". I received the product on 7/20 after ordering on 7/11 and on 7/28 was charged $83.95. read full review »
