I purchased a boat 4/16/2004 with a service contract refund guarantee. It was a 48 month service contract, if there were no claims on it during this time a refund could be request after 4/16/2009, up to 30 days. I requested a refund and still have not received my check. I've called National Administration Services twice, they say it is being processed. They tell me it's in the hands of the insurance company.
