I went to my local Barnes and Noble book store to return a gift. Granted, I did not have a receipt, but they do carry the book i was given as a gift, so I expected to receive a store credit. They would get back the cost of my gift in another purchase, obviously. The manager absolutely refused to give me a store credit and lied to me, saying they did not carry the book in question. I know this was a lie, because I had checked B & N Online first before going to the store. read full review »
