These guys are something else! My loan got sold to them and I was setting up the online pay. To my astonishment, I find that if the mortgage is paid after the 1st of the month, there is a "late" fee of $12 in the name of "service charge"! God, things these banks would do to screw us! And we are bailing them out! If I was given a choice, I would stay away from banks with such practices! When I asked to talk to the CEO, I was told that he does not talk to the customers - you have to write to him and then wait for him to respond! Great! read full review »
