I purchased an outline from this company for $10 and it turned out that the outline was not based on a certain textbook as they had advertised. This misrepresentation was critical as I was purchasing the outline solely for the fact it was based on a text book I am using, and the outline is therefore useless to me. I have been sending outline depot emails for the last month, and they simply will not reply to my requests for correspondence.
