The Internet connection was up for a totla of one day. Since then "Standby" light on the modem has been on and of course, no connection. Exchanged modem at their suggestion after hours of being on hold. Plugged the new modem and still "Stand by" light on. Try to call again. After more that 3 hours on hold, gave up. Called next morning, same wait. Hung up and called again this time to CANCEL service and could not get it done either...!!! Their customer service STINKS.
