We recently moved from Colorado back to WA. At the time it was due to job security and we had to move back to WA as I explained to their payment department. I told them to come and get all the equiptment as I would not be using it in WA because the svc for the house we rent is Comcast. They informed me that they would not pick up the equiptment since we were under a contract and that I would keep being charged for the monthly service until the end of contract irregardless of the circumstance.
