I ordered an expensive lamp from them. When we unpacked it, the base was damaged and the cover for the hole from which the cord exits was loose. This is a safety hazard as the cord can rub on the metal edges and be damaged, an issue with children in the house. I sent photos and notified them right away. Be aware that if something is damaged, they expect you to pay to return it, and charge you a restocking fee.
